徒然日記 アプリ（運営元: Studio Clew、以下「本アプリ」といいます。）について、以下の方針に基づき、利用者の個人情報の適切な取り扱いおよび管理に努めます。
適用範囲
本ポリシーは、徒然日記 アプリおよび公式Webサービス内にのみ適用されます。
個人情報の取得
本アプリは、ユーザのアイデア、備忘録および思い出などを記憶および整理するために作られたサービスです。本アプリにはユーザ自身が選択したテキストを自由に入力、アップロードまたは保管することができます。また、徒然日記 は以下の種類の情報を収集および受信します。
- 基本的な利用者情報：アカウント開設および支払処理のために、本アプリはユーザから電子メールアドレスなどの基本情報を収集・受信します。
- 利用データ：本アプリがユーザにどのようにアクセスされ利用されているかを把握するため、利用データ（例: 日記の作成、機能の利用状況）を収集しています。
- デバイス情報：本アプリはユーザが本サービスに接続するために使用する端末の数と種類、およびそれらの端末に搭載されているオペレーティングシステム（例: iOS、Android、ブラウザー）に関する情報を収集します。
- コンテンツ：ユーザ自身の選択で 徒然日記 に入力、アップロード、または保存するテキスト。徒然日記 は利用者のプライベートな日記内容を広告目的でスキャン・解析することはありません。

- 本アプリの改善・安定運用

- 個人を特定できない統計情報としての利用、加工

個人情報の共同利用
個人情報を業務提携先と共同利用することはありません。
個人情報の第三者提供
本アプリはユーザのアカウントのプライバシー保護に細心の注意を払っています。事前の承諾なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。令状、裁判所命令、召喚令状、またはその他の合法的な政府の要請を遵守するために必要であると判断した場合を除き、ユーザの情報を法執行機関またはその他の政府機関に開示することはありません。稀ではありますが、人、財産、および弊社が本サービスを運営しているシステムに対する違法行為、詐欺行為疑惑、脅迫の恐れに関して調査、対処するために必要と考えられる場合、またはその他法的義務を遵守するために必要であると判断された場合は、ユーザの情報を共有する可能性があります。
個人情報の管理
- ユーザのデータの所有者はユーザ自身です。アカウントにログインして 徒然日記 サービス内から直接情報を編集・削除することで、ユーザは自分の情報を管理することができます。
- 徒然日記 は、個人情報に対して、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で正確かつ最新の内容で保持すべく努めます。
- 徒然日記 は、個人情報の不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざんおよび漏えい等を防止するため、安全対策を講じるよう努めます。
個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・消去について
本アプリは、本人が自己の個人情報について、開示・訂正・利用停止・消去等を求める権利を有していることを確認し、これらの要求がある場合には、異議なく対応します。ただし、個人を直接に特定することができない個人情報についてはこの限りではありません。
未成年の個人情報について
未成年者が本アプリを使用する場合は、必ず親権者の同意を得るものとし、本アプリを使用した時点で、本ポリシーに対して親権者の同意があるものとみなします。
アプリケーション・プライバシーポリシーの変更
本アプリ側は、本ポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、予告なく変更する場合があります。別途定める場合を除いて、本ポリシーの変更は、徒然日記 アプリ、Webサイトに掲載されたとき、またはその他の方法により閲覧可能となったときから直ちに生じるものとします。

Studio Clew ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer and operator of the NoteFor application (the "App") and related web services (collectively, the "Service"), respects your privacy and is committed to properly handling, protecting, and safeguarding the personal information of our users in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Scope of Application
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected and processed through the NoteFor App and its official online services.
Information We Collect
NoteFor is designed as a peaceful, private sanctuary for organizing thoughts, memories, reflections, and ideas. Users may freely write, upload, and store journal entries of their choice. NoteFor collects and receives the following categories of information:
- Basic Account Information: For account creation, authentication, and payment processing, NoteFor collects basic identifiers such as your email address or third-party sign-in identifiers (e.g., Apple ID, Google Account).
- Usage Data: To understand how the App is accessed and used, we collect diagnostic and usage analytics (e.g., feature interactions, crash logs) in an aggregated, non-personally identifiable form.
- Device & System Information: We collect information about the devices used to connect to the Service, including device model, operating system (iOS, Android, Web browser), language settings, and network connection status.
- User Content: The text, diaries, and thoughts you input, upload, or store in NoteFor by your own choice. NoteFor respects the sanctity of your private thoughts and does NOT scan, analyze, or monetize your private journal entries for commercial advertising.
Purposes of Use
Personal information collected by NoteFor is used strictly for the following purposes:
- Operating and providing the features of the Service.
- Enabling secure synchronization and cloud backups across multiple devices.
- Responding to user inquiries and providing customer support.
- Analyzing anonymized, aggregated statistical information to improve usability and develop new features.
- Other administrative purposes incidental to the above.
Joint Use with Business Partners
NoteFor does not share or jointly utilize your personal information with business partners for marketing purposes.

- User Ownership: You own your data. You can access, edit, or delete your journals and account details directly within the App at any time.
- Accuracy: NoteFor endeavors to keep personal information accurate and up to date within the scope necessary to achieve the stated purposes.
- Security Measures: NoteFor implements appropriate administrative and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal data.
User Rights (Access, Correction, & Deletion)
Users have the right to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their personal information. Upon receiving such a request via customer support, NoteFor will promptly verify identity and respond in accordance with applicable laws.
Minors' Privacy
Minors must use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, a minor is deemed to have obtained parental consent to this Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
NoteFor may review and amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Unless specified otherwise, any revisions shall take effect immediately upon publication on the NoteFor App or official website.
